How Are The Schools?

For an agent to talk about schools, districts, etc. is a potential hazard for a Fair Housing violation.  Buyers should always check with the county school board if they would like to ensure attendance to a particular school. can help answer a lot of questions.

Is This a Safe Community?

The Federal Fair Housing Act of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 and modified in the Fair Housing Amendment of 1988, prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status.  This law was made to keep my opinion out of the equation. Your best bet is to call the local police department or search the web in the early phases of your home search.

What Happens When We Find Something We Like?
